30 Day Satisfaction Software Guarantee
You will find our software highly flexible. As such, it is highly unlikely that
between us, the solution to whatever financial modeling needs you have can not be found.
But should we not be able to meet your needs to your satisfaction
within 30 days of purchase, we will authorize the return of the software
and User's Guide. Upon receipt of our authorization, uninstall and return
the software to us along with the associated User's Guide. We will refund your
purchase price upon receipt, less $35 to cover the materials loss we will experience
during restocking.
Why the restocking fee? Simply because we supply software. Once distributed, we really have no way to know if our product is actually being returned. So, quite frankly the fee is primarily intented to help insure that our products are not treated as shareware by the very few who might tend do so.
