This view shows the results of the Base Loan Input. It is called the "Initial Schedule, because it is initially generated directly from the base loan data. However, it can be edited directly, to modify payment schedules, draw schedules, and individual rates for specific periods. Notice the "Monthly Borrowings" column in the partial clip below, into which a series of anticipated unequal draws have been entered.
