The clip below shows a portion of the Alpha Plus plans in a monthly view.  Note that factors such as average costs per class hour can be built right into the Chart of Accounts.  Here the historical cost/hour of class is relatively constant.  But this type of factor can prove very handy.  For example, it might be necessary to develop a scenario to handle different assumptions concerning the results of that union contract expiring in mid-year.

By default, Profit Plan forms and reports are color-coded.  Historical periods are blue and forecast areas are yellow.  This feature, like much of Profit Plan, is customizable by the user.
