The Pro Forma Income Statement and Consolidated Cash Budget report (also know as the Pro Forma Budget in Profit Plan) is a consolidated report designed to focus on major components of the income statement and balance sheet changes that impact a cash budget.  Many financial seminar attendees will recognize this report format from class, where they worked through all the underlying computations by hand.
