Profit Plan is an extremely sophisticated and flexible tool. But a bit of training may
be needed to learn how to bend it to your will.
Over the past four years of working with Profit Plan clients, we have found that many
of our users may need a bit of help in one of more of four distinct areas...
- Basic accounting issues
- Basic software usage
- Financial management concepts
- Translating business decisions into financial road maps
Profit Plan both expects and helps build understanding in the first three areas listed
above. With these understood, it is easy to build a financial model that depicts the
historical perspective for a business, illustrates how it has performed within its
industry, and produces a basic strategic plan and operating budget.
The fourth area is more esoteric. Special training may becomes useful and perhaps
necessary for modeling the more complex business scenarios and operating environments.
We are developing plans to cover these four areas in two special seminars. You can help
us with the timing and location of these courses by selecting from the choices below. In
mid-April we will contact you with the resulting final selection list, provide the
final course syllabus and open formal class registration.
